my baritone was in the shop today,so i didn't get to play.
again.
first my saxophone,now this.i really hate those douchebags instrument repair guys.
i didn't want to go home,so i decided to hang with the colorguard.Becky taught me and two other guard girls how to walk,jazz walk,and dance.she said i was really getting it down solid and asked me why i wasn't doing guard.
cuz i wanna play!
guard was fun for the three hours i was there,but i really want to march...and play.
towards the end,Becky even taught us some basic flag stuff.she showed us how to spin it,and how to single-spin.(there's a difference).
in single-spin,you actually throw the flag in the air.i got the spin/throw down,but i failed to catch it.
oh well,don't matter none.i'm not doing guard.

but it was fun while it lasted.maybe i'll take up winterguard in college.=D
